The GTC regulates the cancellation policy, see below.

When the Client cancels the Booking 24 hours in advance, NW shall not apply the cancellation fee in the amount specified in the Price List (“Cancellation Fee”);

When the Client cancels the Booking between 24 hours and 12 hours in advance, NW shall apply the Cancellation Fee in the amount of 50% of this fee (as specified in the Price List);

When the Client cancels the Booking less than 12 hours in advance NW shall apply the Cancellation Fee in the amount of 100% of this fee (as specified in the Price List).
